This is for all, this quad has a bad rating, because the charge no more than five minutes or less. I bought this dirt quad for my 8-year-old son and how some of you, I was pretty disappointed with the quad’s charge longevity. The Quad does not last five minutes before my son was wheeling it back into the garage for a fee, and it was brand new! At first I like the rest of you who just experienced the same problem: “It was just an expensive piece of junk”. But I noticed when the battery was empty and we apply the charge light on the charger would go from red to green in a few minutes, much less than the recommended charging time. So I thought maybe the charger was not good. Fortunately, we also have the Razor Go-Kart, which uses the same charger and always worked great. So I swapped the Chargers but the Go-Kart is still well charged. And turned the charger on the quad or from red to green in just a few minutes and even went out quickly. So I went to Razor’s website and contacted to support their customers. They told me the problem sounded like a bad battery, and said that although the quad is brand new, it may have been sitting around in a warehouse for months, even years connected with the battery. If the battery is connected to a long time, the ATV, and never at the expense, the battery will eventually go bad. The battery should always remain free, even if not used for long time. You were right! She sent me a brand new battery free of charge, after I sent them a copy of my receipt proving I bought the quad during the warranty period, less than 90 days. Once we receive the battery, I changed it and all I can say is, “what a change!” The quad is strong as can be, and I could honestly say that even driving it up and down hills does well on rocky terrain the dirt quad last 30 minutes, about as long as my son does. And it still shows a full load on the power indicator when it is finished. It’s like a completely different machine with which we began. So for everyone here, they stuck with a piece of garbage, go right on Razor, before your warranty expires 90 days and thinks file your complaint. They have an excellent customer service department and will contact you within 24 hours, you will not regret. I am very happy with Razor and more satisfied satisfied every time I see the face of my son now on his new quad dirt.

I have seen my share of toys on wheels and was positively impressed with the quality of this product. It has a solid frame, suspension, tire pressure regularly. I’m not afraid that will break after a few days of use it is because given the rough use it for children at this age. I thought it was a short test drive itself, and the engine was strong enough to move and adults reach the hill.

The dispatch a little longer and you have received at home, to make it . But it takes two people to the box it comes in the elevator, it is worth the convenience of home delivery.

I think the only design change I would like to see is a reverse mode. The motor controller allows only forward, which if you click on Turn-around may be tricky in a tight space. But a small exhibition as a whole.

Update (28.5): The ATV has a lot of use in recent weeks seen, including many wheel-sliding stunts, etc. After a very serious law, it does not work with a blown fuse and control box. The only thing that is very helpful that Razor actually sell spare parts at low prices on their website, more than can be said about many other products. So if it breaks, it is not necessarily doomed for the trash heap.

I have two children, that a quad own filth. The first child got a birthday present for one, liked the second, so that they get for Christmas! These are quite well built and very suitable for difficult terrain. The only problem you have to avoid is too much water exposure. The Quad can puddle jump some, but do not soak. We were very satisfied with these quads, wants only that the charging time was less, or that the battery was easily accessible, it could charge a battery can be loaded and modified to extend playing time. This is the only reason why I do not give, was the product of 5 stars.

This product was not difficult to install – simply the handlebars. Download it overnight before first use, then be careful not constantly plugged in to the charger can be too long. I will take about 90 minutes (my estimate) and took my 8-year-old in the park (about a mile) twice on a charge, jog with me (on foot) after running.

The charger (or some electrical parts) for about 75 days after purchase and the Four-Wheeler burned stopped working. I called customer service and they sent me a new electrical part without instructions. I am a bit mechanical, I was able to break down the quad and get it back together in about 90 minutes was. My 8-year-old is happy again and after about five months, the quad is still running.

I will add that these four-wheelers is quite heavy and robust. He moved to go jogging at the pace of a fast and make sure that your child wears a helmet while driving is.

My 5-year-old was thrilled with this product. As he drives usually safe 10 mph, it would have been better to get a gas ATV. The battery no longer holds, as a half hour and since the battery is not removable, we can not calculate a backup battery.

We have also found that when it is very cold, he may not ride as it makes a clicking noise.

He still loves it and we are glad that we get for him.
