You need a deep cycle sealed battery of the same current / voltage. A motorcycle battery is not designed for prolonged use as a deep cycle sealed battery. It might work, but not designed the same capacity as the battery for your scooter. So in other words, it can work for a short time. You should stick with a sealed battery because acid eat through the skin if it tipped over and escape to your clothing. It is a mild acid, but the potential is still there.

I have an answer for you. However, I do not know how old you are but in the old cars if you use a higher voltage battery, the man’s head would be very bright lights and the car would race, while geparkt.Die fact of the matter is, I work on these I work on motorcycles and scooters. If you use a motorcycle battery significantly higher voltage, you would most definitely burn out your Kabelbaum.Es are reasons that a scooter uses a lower battery voltage. So I would suggest that you use a more suitable battery for your scooter. A battery change is much less cost then replacing an entire harness (work). Short-term use for a day or two is acceptable. Everything beyond that and you put your two wheels and riding devil Harms Way.Glücklich Good Luck
